These are really cute and I liked how they looked on, but after wearing them for a few hours my ears started getting a little itchy. It wasn’t awful or anything, just... if your skin is sensitive like mine, you might want to be careful

"Cute style, but the sizing was off :/"
I really liked the look of it, but the fit was a letdown. I ordered my usual size and it felt way tighter than I expected, especially the ring :/ The sizing guide didn’t help me much, so now I’m stuck figuring out a return or exchange. Maybe it’s easier if you try it on in store, but buying online felt like a bit of a guessing game. Not awful, just kind of annoying!

It does look really nice, so I’ll give it that. But once I got it, I felt kind of embarrassed that I spent that much on it. It’s pretty, just not really worth the price in my opinion.

"Delivery was ridiculously slow"
The stuff itself is nice, but the delivery was a mess. My order showed up way later than it should have, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. I don’t know who dropped the ball, but someone clearly did, and it made the whole experience really frustrating

Overall it’s okay, but the clasp came loose on me once, which made me a little nervous!!! I just wish it felt a bit more secure when fastened!!!

I bought this necklace for a birthday gift, and she genuinely loved it. The packaging was already really nice, which made it feel like I’d put in the extra effort without having to do much. if you’re not totally sure what to get someone, this is a safe and thoughtful choice. It’s just nice to give something that feels like you cared

I ordered a couple pairs of earrings i was fully expecting at least one thing to be wrong because that’s just how online orders seem to go lately. Wrong colour, random size, missing item, there’s always something. But nope, everything showed up exactly as I picked it, which was a nice surprise.
The sizes, colours, and styles all matched my order, and nothing was missing or swapped out for some mystery item. It sounds basic, but apparently getting the actual stuff you ordered feels like a win now. Super easy, no drama, no chasing anyone down, just how it should be

"Return was simple, but the refund took longer than expected"
The return itself was easy, so I don’t really have complaints there. I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I know these things can take time, but still, it was a bit frustrating having to wait.

I ordered a personalised necklace i just had such a good feeling when I opened it. The engraving is small but still really clear, and it looks neat in that way where you can tell it wasn’t just quickly thrown together.
Delivery was totally fine and the little box was really sweet too. I was kind of unsure about ordering personalised jewellery online, but this just felt right when it arrived. It feels nice quality and like some real care went into it

I got my ear pierced here and overall it was okay. The staff seemed nice enough, but the whole thing maybe felt a bit rushed to me. The aftercare advice was basic, though it probably covered the main points. Not a bad experience, just not one I’d say was amazing either.
